Ivalua Overview

Celestica is in the process of transforming its indirect procurement process. This transformation will reshape the procurement process into a more collaborative, high performing organization aimed at achieving transparency, delivering world class management of indirect spend and implementing standardized and streamlined processes that ensure optimal execution and efficiency. 

In March 2024, you may have already started receiving requests to submit quotes and/or proposals, or collaborate on contracts with Celestica via Ivalua. There are further changes planned over the next 12 months including submitting and managing your profile information and documents via Ivalua.

The Ivalua platform will allow Celestica suppliers to connect with their indirect procurement team; they can be invited to sourcing and or contracting for all indirect procurement of goods and services in all categories.

All suppliers will need to create an Ivalua account once invited by a Celestica team member. There is no cost associated with this.

 

Expected Outcomes

The benefits of using Ivalua:

  • Eligible to be awarded business based on responses provided to bids launched and responded to in Ivalua
  • Transparency of all the steps in the procurement process and a real-time status of where each step is
  • Better management of purchase orders, data and sensitive information
  • Collaborative tool, efficient and optimized completion of process steps as well as response time between parties
  • History of steps, events, documents, exchanges with Celestica all in one location

Login Process

A Supplier must be invited by a Celestica Indirect Procurement team member to access Ivalua and a link will be provided at that time.  

The mandatory fields to fill in are: 

  • Supplier English Name 
  • Supplier Address
  • Supplier (Group or Head Office) 
    • The Supplier will receive an email notification to advise of the login and user name with a temporary password.
    • The General Terms of use must be completed.
